Payments - Unless the guest or has a special agreement with Sangare Gardens, the guest or agent is required to make full payment prior to final confirmation of the reservations.
iii) For all booking requests for Easter Dates and 15th December to 2nd January of any year, All payments are made at the time of booking. No rooms will be reserve to be paid on arrival.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
No shows will be charged at 100% therefore no refund will be expected.
ii) Cancelation or reduction of days - For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 14 and 2 days from noon on the date of accommodation - 20% of the rate applicable. - In case of cancellation within 48 hours from noon to the date of accommodation, or in case of a no-show - 100% cancellation fees will apply.
Refunds
All refunds will be subject to a transaction fee of 5%.
All refund will be refunded as per the channels they were received. For instance online payments will be refund on same way, cash for cash and Mpesa for Mpesa.
Arrival and Check Out times
Rooms are available for new arrivals from 12:00 NOON on the scheduled arrival date.
ii) Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 AM on the scheduled departure date.
Special consideration may be made for extended departure time subject to anticipated arrivals.
Children / Young Adults
There are no provisions for twin beds or 3rd beds in any room. Sangare Gardens has only 1 large king size bed in every room. Therefore children/ young adults will be booked a separate room or share with parents. Separate room is charge as adult rates and sharing in rooms is charged at 50% or the per adult rate.
Children under 4 years sharing a room with an adult will be accommodated complimentary (maximum two)
Children sharing a room with one or two adults, children ages 5 to 12 years are charged 50% of the per person, adult twin rate and young adults 13 to 17 years are charged 75% of the per person, adult twin rate. However, children in own room are charged 100% of the per person adult twin rate. Minimum 2 children in a room.
Credit facilities
There is no credit facility offered.
Tour Escort / Driver Guides
Bonafide Tour Escort and Driver Guides will be charged half twin rate subject to room’s availability.
